TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: June 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of anvildigital.co and the free materials we provide through it. By using the site or requesting a scorecard, you agree to them. Anvil Digital is operated from Wisconsin, USA.

WHAT THE SITE PROVIDES

Everything on this site, including free scorecards, audits, articles, and methodology pages, is provided for informational purposes. It is not professional advice tailored to your situation until you and Anvil sign a written agreement for paid services. Free scorecards reflect measurements taken at a point in time. AI engine behavior changes constantly, and a measurement from one date may not match a measurement from another.

NO GUARANTEES OF RANKINGS OR TRAFFIC

We do not promise specific search rankings, AI citation rates, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes, on this site or in any engagement. AI engines and search platforms are controlled by third parties and change without notice. What we commit to is doing the measured work described in a signed agreement and reporting results honestly against a baseline. Any visibility improvements we discuss are projections backed by data, not guarantees.

PAID ENGAGEMENTS

Paid services (action plans, implementation, retainers) are governed by the written agreement covering that engagement. If anything in such an agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer that becomes binding before both parties sign.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape personal data from it, or submit false or misleading information through its forms. Content on this site belongs to Anvil Digital. You may quote it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The site and all free materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvil Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on free materials. For paid engagements, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted to this page with a new effective date. Questions: michael@anvildigital.co.
